About the event
Kelby Clark is a composer, improviser, and multi-instrumentalist from South Georgia. He is inspired by the archaic traditional music of his home state as well as drone, free improvisation and various music from across the globe. He has released solo work as well as collaborations with Jeremiah M. Carter and Sarah Viviana Valdez on labels such as Vaagner, Working Man Lay Down, Garden Portal and Eastern Nurseries. Clark has also scored several independent films such as Sometimes I Hear the Light Leak in Through the Corners of My Room (2023) and She Drank Vinegar from the River (2023) . He is currently based in Nashville, Tennessee.
